Mesón del Conde

In a privileged enclave in the heart of the Empordà, next to the Empúries Ruins, a uns 20 minutes from Figueres and Girona Airport, is the Mesón del Conde.

A manor house built in 1878 with the architectural style of the time that contrasts with a completely refurbished and well-equipped interior for banquets, product presentations, business meetings and gala celebrations.

In an incomparable environment and away from the usual place of work, in Mesón del Conde you will find the ideal atmosphere for relaxed meetings outside the strict working hours and hurry.

With more than 50 years of experience, the Vázquez family already has two restaurants in Catalonia, the Meson del comte to the Costa Brava, and the Fonda Can Portell, and Barcelona. Besides, it also has Can Salsa Fi, a fifth range kitchen project that transfers the essence of traditional cuisine to be enjoyed from home.

Our family dedicates itself in body and soul to our work to satisfy the most demanding palates. Our cuisine based on traditional Catalan cuisine, it sets us apart and we must highlight dishes such as canned snails, the calçotades, the traditional escalivada, grilled rovellons, our spectacular boneless lamb shoulder, etc.
